Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - Difference between J and F on 77W?

I'm deciding between J and F on IST-Asia (probably HKG or BKK).
I've seen many reports about both, but no comparisons.
On the 77W, Business Class is Full-Flat, right?
So, while F is obviously more private and exclusive, can anyone compare the following:
1) Seats
2) Catering
3) Lounges
Thanks in advance!

1) Seats - Herringbone v "suites" - for best pictures, I'd check out JetAirways website of the seats
2) No experience but would imagine dine at leisure v meal times
3) Small lounge but with full catering, if you start or end in IST, a driver into town (even on redemption), pick up at gate

There are some photos of the J and F cabins on the Turkish website, and I notice that the J class seats look exactly like the new Air Canada J-class seats. Being a frequent AC traveller, I can say that, yes, the seats are full-flat.

Yes, they are the same seats as AC, purchased "off the shelf" from the seat manufacturer. DL also has exactly the same seats on their 77L fleet.
