Budget - Kiosk Who Can Use ~ Who Can't

I have never rented from budget before. I have made my reservation with my rapid rez number etc.

If there is a kiosk at my airport (JAX) I will be able to check in that way correct?

In what cases can a person not use the kiosk?

I can pay at the kiosk correct?

Any advantage to paying online a day or so before the rental or is that even possible?

I have never used a kiosk with budget. Registration for fast break is free and does everything you could ask for. I rarely prepay for cars due to the penalties when changes occur.

How do you check out with fastbreak. Is it not a special line or kiosk you have to stop at. Thanks
