Yes, but it's already two years back now. Worked like a charm. Also, we got personally greeted by 'Sven' when we entered.
( Might be, he thought us to be of some importance??)
We also managed to get around the admission when we booked a table in the 'Micro' Restaurant, the second time we went there.
( From my point of view, the only thing this place is good for is for food...:p)

yes it works - but this place is like a KINDERGARDEN.

Is the Platinum Card Lifestyle Service just a fancy name for the concierge program? a google search only showed a size for the NZ based Amex Plat.
