Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - Retrocredit: Possible for flight taken prior to joining

Hello,
I used to be a TK Miles&Smiles member from the beginning of the programme. After ending their co-operation with Swissair the programme however became unattractive to me.

I took some *A flights some weeks ago and - remembering my account - wanted to credit them to it. Couldn't log in and upon calling was notified my aco.... had been closed due to no activity and cannot be reopened. I signed up again now and was wondering if there was any way to still get the miles to post??
