Does anyone have any recommendations for a program (Windows) that can tell you how much has been sent/received by your PC?

I'm looking at getting Virgin's Broadband2Go card, but they have caps like 250MB of transfer.

I'd like to get a sense of how much I'm using on a daily basis, for typical activities, to see if it makes sense for me.

Thanks!

You could take a look at http://www.thinkbroadband.com/tbbmeter.html but it may not go into sufficient detail for you - it is only tracking overall usage, not per app.

Windows.

The Task Manager can show bytes received and bytes transmitted per adapter. The Performance Monitor can do the same.

Another shaplus vote here. It's been running on the laptop for a year now and never a problem.

Usually the connection manager software that the carrier gives you with the data card will do this.
