Hilton HHonors - Waldorf Maui: Diamond Benefits?

Most Waldorf's do nothing .... Anything to expect from here?

Advice? Thinking of using points, since I have a boat load.

Not much to expect. Two bottles of water (once) and a 40 USD coupon for food or 20% discount for SPA. Unless you ask you may not get either...

We just returned from the Grand Wailea, and had a fantastic stay.

The $40 off coupon for Hummu restaurant was nice, and our meal was fantastic.

The entire staff couldn't have been nicer.

It was our second trip of 6 nites on points, we will definitely be back next year.

I just returned from Grand Wailea as well using points (Gold). We were originally booked into a garden view but upgraded to an oceanview upon arrival. Room was spacious, comfortable, and met our needs with a 3 year old in tow. Other than the upgrade, we received the 20% coupon for the spa and also the food voucher for $40. Not sure how we got both but we did and didn't complain. Other than that, not much as far as status benefits. With that being said, I would highly recommend the resort. We had a great time and was probably top 3 in resorts we have stayed at, if not the best resort we have stayed at.
