Starwood Preferred Guest - Refer and Travel Promotion

I came across some promo to refer SPG members to this promotion at referandtravel.com I am a SPG member, but not in this referral program. Can someone invite me to it? It seems to be for a limited number of properties worldwide. Alternatively, is there a domestic refer a friend promotion?
