So, I dont know if this is even possible, but does starwood have any All Inclusive resorts in Mexico? I am planning on using some free weekend nights in Mexico, but a friend wanted me to check into it.
Help would be great.

as recently as a few years ago, I know that the Westin Cancun quietly offered an all-inclusive add on option (food/bev). I never saw it advertised in any way, but I know it was offered.... there were about 15 folks there with wristbands that were on an all-incl option. Not sure if that is something that's still available or not. If it's important to you, it may be worth an e-mail or phone call to the property.

Some *wood properties offer an all inclusive package...meaning instead of booking a AAA rate, or an AARP rate, you book an all-inclusive package. I've seen this at a few hotels in the Caribbean, however I have never looked into this option for Mexico. In any case, you would not be able to book this package using free nights or points, but instead pay nightly for the package.
Your best bet is to ring up SPG and ask them if the hotel you are looking at has an all-inclusive package.

I would hasten to add here that it's quite possible that the standard res line might have NO visibility to all-inclusive options. I've never seen Starwood properties broadly announce these sorts of options and I'm quite sure I've not seen them listed as options on Mexican properties.
It's certainly worth a call to SPG to inquire -- but be prepared to call the hotel directly (or e-mail) if the SPG folks tell you there's no such option. From what I've seen, I think this is very much a property-specific program that is kept very quiet.

I wasn't on it because we priced it out and didn't find it to be worth it, but it was offered to us on checkin at Westin Cancun and some people we met while there were on it.

You could inquire about meal plans as well. On our trip to Bora Bora several years back (when the Le Meridien and Nui were there as well), we opted for a meal plan a few days while we were there. One was what they called their "american meal plan" and then they had a half-board, and full board option as well. However this was done upon our check-in, so I'm not sure if calling the res line would help in that case.
You may also ask if there is a dine around option (this is limited to certain locations/destinations), but it's certainly worth inquiring about if you are looking for something including meals.
