All Nippon Airways Mileage Club - F/A Masks? Quarantine issues at NRT?

I'm flying NRT-HKG next week, and was wondering if F/A's are wearing masks? I've seen this on other carriers (JAL) recently, and was wondering if NH was doing the same.

Also, is NRT doing any Swine Flu inspections for inbound travelers (connecting flights)?

I arrived from FRA to NRT on NH yesterday and didn't see any FAs wearing masks. Only a few pax from the flight wearing one.

We were handed a health questionnaire form on the plane asking if we had temperature, countries visited in the last week, seat number, whether we'd been with anyone with heavy coughs, etc. which we had to hand in at the quarantine desk (the desk itself always existed but usually there was nobody there). Apart from one extra form to fill in there was no delay at all.

Treatment may be different for pax/flights arriving from North America and Mexico.

I just got off NH 7 SFO-NRT. No masks on board, no flu screening after disembarking.

Edited to add: I was in transit, so didn't have to fill out the on-board questionnaire either.

No masks last night on NRT-BKK either.
