Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - ASR for one world redemption tickets

Hi, I have an up-coming trip on a OW award involving BA and JL. Wondering if I could get ASR when book thru AM? (I'm now Green MPC) Besides, how do I get the 5 alpha-numeric booking locator for BA? and what do I use for OLCI on JL?

I suppose this is not exactly on topic, but I will eventually need to ask CXMPO for things.

BA's booking references are six digits. It can be obtained from MPO. You must be a oneworld sapphire or emerald to be able to assign seats when flying on an award ticket.

Thanks! My brain had a cut-off and mixed up CX's 5 digit and BA's 6 digit. anyway, my trip is almost sorted out ;)
