Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific - Hilton or Shangri-la?
I will be visiting Sydney and Cairns in August and I am having trouble deciding between the Hilton and the Shangri-La hotels. I have pretty good prices for both and it seems the Hilton offers free breakfast while the Shangri-La offers free internet in the room. Which one should I pick and why?
And has anyone stayed in a superior room without a sea view at the Shangri La in Cairns? That's the room I found a good deal on.

I just checked out of a 2-4-1 at the SYD Hilton yesterday - $172 per night for an Executive Lounge room. Bonus.

What are the perks of the Executive Lounge?
And how did you snag an Executive room for that price? They're 206 AUD on the Hilton website.
