Earlier this year, I booked a stay at a hilton family hotel which required a deposit for my stay.
The rate has gone down since then, and I want to rebook reservation at new rate. It is within the cancellation deadline.
Has anybody experienced problems getting a deposit paid back, when cancelling a reservation?
