South - Best Municipal Golf Course - Lexington, KY?

I guess the title ask it all. Any suggestions? Not looking to spend a king's ransom that's why I'm specifically asking about munis.

Picadome, Lakeside, and Kearney Hill are the three that get the most mention from my golf-savvy co-workers. I've never heard anything bad spoken about any of those three.
