Starwood Preferred Guest - Sheraton Karachi Hotel Not Participating in SPG

I have a 7 days stay in Sheraton Karachi in the coming weeks, and sad to see this property has left SPG.

Does this mean it is no longer a Starwood property? Do I still get any recognition as a SPG Gold member?

Im afraid not.

Although the The Sheraton Karachi remains a starwood hotel, Its non-Participation in SPG means no Points can be earned/redeemed and no member benefits honored
