Travel Technology - Help! My printer doesn't work for me at all

Hi All,
I have been problems my HP Photosmarts printer does not work for me at all. Its seem something is wrong the printer. So we will have to take the printer to Staples tomorrow morning. So I don't know what is exactly gonna do for my HP printer at home. So I tries to exchange the ink carriage does not work for me at all. So it was seem something is wrong the printer. So we have to take the printer to Staples right closer at our house on Shea & Tatum. They will have to be fixed the printer tomorrow to find out something is wrong. They will have to call us at our house tomorrow or few days later. We tries to call HP customer service to find out anything the problems my printer at home. So it wasn't working at all. So we will wait to see if they will have check it out in the morning.

Can you tell me exactly what part is not working? Is it giving an error on the printer or on the PC?

HPs have a nasty habit of going offline. If you can initiate a print and you get a printer icon in your system tray but nothing prints, click on that icon to open the printer status window. Click on Printer in the menu. Look for "Use Printer Offline." If that has a check mark next to it, uncheck it.

are you using a mac or a pc?
if a mac, have you tried resetting the printing system: apple menu -> system preferences ->print & fax -> control click on the printer in the list, reset the printer and then click on the "+" sign (bottom left of the window) to re-add the printer.
again, if using a mc, there is an apple printer update (iirc, 1.1.1) which messes up hp printers to the point that features like scan don't work so you need to remove and re-install the hp software (using the hp uninstaller) and then when software update shows the printer update, select "ignore update" from the menu

Yes, I am using with the PC computer. So can you please figured it out why has happening with my printer doesn't work at all.

Yes, I believe that I tries to get exchange the ink carriage into my printer but, its won't click OK. So it was seem something wrong the printer does not printed out. So it was not right thing to do for me. This morning my mom have to take my printer to the Staples need to be fixed for me. Unless they will have to call us later this afternoon if they will have figured it out any problems the printer.

Running the following batch file (Windows) has more than once ungummed whatever has gotten the printing stalled:

How do you know that? Where did you find my IP address? So I believe the printer does not work for me at all. So she already taking the printer to the staples this morning. Hopefully later this afternoon if they will call us when the printer is being fixed.

There's no IP address in that. It's simply a batch file that stops the spooler, wipes out the spool entirely and then restarts the spooler.
It will remove all documents queued for printing on any printer on your system. If the problem lies in something getting messed up in the spooler this is likely to fix it.
I make my living writing code, there's nothing mysterious to me about what he wrote and there's nothing hostile in it.

Hi all,
The printer is now to being fixed but, it was different color is light pink. So it was my confused for whicih one is that. So I didn't realize know that. So they call us today. He has been fixed the ink carriage for me. So I tested the print out of my email and it is working fine now. So I am bit worried about my printer. So now on, I will have to printable out of website and anywhere else. Thanks all.
