WestJet "Passenger Perks" - How are the new routes doing?

Specifically, how is YVR-YXU-YHZ going? I'm seeing a lot of seat sale fares which doesn't bode that well, but then again it might pick up in a couple of weeks. Anyone know? Anyone taken these routes and can comment on load factor? (Or some kind Westjetter)?

I talked to someone a few weeks ago that went to YHZ and said it was pretty light, but the return was full. She said most of the people on the return were continuing to YVR. No idea what day of the week she flew.

are you sure it's not YVR YYC YXU YHZ?

Because theres a YYC YXU YHZ tha departs shortly after 2pmMST which is the last opportunity for a YHZ flight aside from the red eyes.

WS 466 departs YVR at 1230pm, goes non-stop to YXU arriving at 1939, departs at 2015 and arrives in YHZ at 2319.

562 is the YYC-YXU and it arrives at YXU at the same time as 466, and somebody could connect to 466 and carry on to YHZ from here.

I am curious about something though. The 2 flights from Calgary and the one from Winnipeg all turn around and leave within an hour of arriving here. The YVR and YHZ flights arrive and depart promptly. Yet, most nights I see a WS plane parked at YXU shortly after midnight. Wonder where it comes from and where it goes to.

Some evening YXU-YYC and overnight YYC-YXU midweek flights have been cancelled this month. Perhaps that's the plane you have seen?

Considering the YYC-YXU-YHZ doesnt operate on a monday.. GRRR! Thats the day i need it LOL

It doesn't operate this Monday (June 29th), but it runs daily until Labour Day when it scales back to 4 times a week (Sun, Mon, Thurs, Sat). The YVR-YXU leg of 466 continues as daily until Oct 31.

Flight 562 YYC-YXU is daily year round, but after Nov 1 shifts back about 15 minutes from it's current schedule. So other than this Monday, one could do YYC-YXU-YHZ every day up to Labour Day and 4 times a week (including Mondays) up to Halloween.

I think I figured out the overnight plane. I notice that this past week, YVR-YXU was daily, but there were a couple nights that the onward leg to YHZ didn't operate, so the plane would overnight here and either do the Calgary or Vancouver flight the next morning.

i think it has to do with what happened in toronto
