So, on a MP award... DEL-SIN-NRT-YVR... All in C with a 12 hour layover in NRT... Casually mentino at ANA lounge about transit visa... They call a girl over, and literally have me do it... And now check-in does not open, forcing me to talk my way through the domestic lounge on Floor 1
Is this good service or bad?

First of all, before complaining about good service or bad, you need to rephrase your sentences. I find it difficult to understand what you are trying to say.
Are you complaining because they made you fill out the transit visa form instead of filling out for you?
If that's the case, you need to know that all these forms are supposed to be filled out by yourself, regardless if you fly Y, C or F.
As for second half of your complaint, if you are complaining about not being able to return to the departure gate because checkin counters are not open, well, it's your responsibility to check.
