Other Hotel Programs - Kimpton In-Touch program question

If anyone here is a Kimpton elite loyalty guest, I'd appreciate some help. I'm a new Kimpton member, and wanted to email comments about a recent stay to someone in hotel operations, but don't know the email address of their corporate office. On Kimpton's site, they list exec. staff, but nothing more. I also didn't find any customer service link on their site.

I don't know any names but I've e-mailed guestloyalty@kimptongroup.com and they turfed me to the right place.
