Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - Etihad - seat selection

My daughter has a flight to SYD in December, booked through ebookers. There was no seat pre-selection option with ebookers, but the booking confirmation shows a seat assignment.

Is there any way to change this prior to check-in? I can't find a 'manage my booking' option on etihad.com

Does the fact that all bookings have pre-assigned seating mean that the choice of seats at T-24 will be limited to unsold seats?

Go to this link and lookup your daughters booking:

You cannot change the seat selection from there, but you can see her existing seat selection, as well as other available empty seats. Once she has chosen the seat she wants, call Etihad call centre and change it over the phone. That is the only option currently.

Alternatively, 24hours before departure, you can do online check-in and change it from there over the internet, but obviously this would mean less choices of available seats, since this would we done "last minute" so to speak.
