American Express Membership Rewards - Interesting email card offer

Ok so I got an email through my Northwest worldperks account offering me the Delta Gold Card with the bonus 20k first purchase and 10k after spending 1k in 3 months along with 2 free day passes to sky clubs. Now my thing is I already had the Delta gold card through Delta deal (25k miles signup) from a year ago which I just canceled a few months back to switch to Amex Bluecash due to decreased travel. They offered me the Plat but as a grad student I dont do enough to warrant the annual fee. Now my question is if I do this gold card offer through northwest will I get the 30k in miles or is it just Northwest not recognizing I already had the card through delta and they wont give me anything?
