Was booked on a flight from SYD to AKL and decided to spend some more time in Fiji and fly direct to AKL. We went into the office and booked 2 bizo tickets from NAN to AKL and, as an afterthought, went back to see if we could get a future credit for the other flight. Unfortunately the SYD leg was a package booked through Travelocity and was non-refundable. No biggie and had her cancel the flight. When we got back to the hotel [name redacted by mod] left a message for us and she did some magic - she was able to credit around 1100 FJ towards our new booking saving us a ton of dosh.
I have not received such customer service and [name redacted by mod] is certainly a jewel for Air New Zealand.
