Can anyone point me to the current Fairmont rules for using a government rate? I tried searching but nothing recent shows up. Specifically, I have 2 issues. First, if I am the US gov't employee (and have ID) and will be travelling with my DH (who is on business) can we still qualify for a gov't rate? The room must be in his name and payment must be on his credit card. Some hotel chains allow it, but some don't. Second, for Fairmont, is the gov't rate permitted for non-official travel?
