MilesBuzz! - Which is better Virgin or Krisfyler for 2009 onwards?

A newbie here, I have massive amount of point in my credit card loyalty points that I can transfer to either Kris or Virgin. It is about 120k owrth of points. Which one should I transfer to? What are their expiring date for transfered points? I travelled mainly to Europe and US
