Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - Who has MS's redemption table for *A.

Due to frequent business activities in CAI and a chance to see good looking female FAs, I recently joined MS FFP.
MS did not send me a program brochure. Only a card.
As I have decent amount of miles now, I want to use them for flight redemption on other *A flights. Where in the world can I find the answer?

I got there after logging into EgyptairPlus from the UK homepage, so I'm not certain if you'd need to login yourself.
