Other Hotel Programs - Rate Fiesta Americana Fiesta Rewards

We are going to review Fiesta Americana Fiesta Rewards in the August issue of InsideFlyer magazine and would like your input.

I cannot rate the program as I'm not a member; but even I travel to Mexico a lot I will never be a program member as every time I stayed in a Fiesta property I received the worst service I have ever experienced in my life (even counting lower price/star rate properties).
