Budget - Car with XM Not Activated-Any Help?

At the rental counter I asked if there were any cars with satellite radio. The agent found one and I took off. The rental was underground with no satellite reception.

Turns out there is XM to the car but it doesn't seem to be activated-it only gets XM preview and the Emergency channel.

Any suggestions?

frustrating, total pain. I either "live with it" or return the car and pick up another one.
