MilesBuzz! - Can I book travel to KEF (Iceland) with any US based carrier via miles?

Thanks to the $0 fare from 3-4 years ago, I decided on a whim to go back to Iceland for the solstice. I cannot seem to find any US airline that would allow me to book a trip to KEF via miles, even though they all will sell it to me, with a code-share on FI. Anyone have a suggestion?

You could see if PHL-OSL-KEF on US (PHL-OSL) and SK (OSL-KEF) will work...it's an all-Star Alliance itinerary, at least. This is the only one-stop itinerary I could come up with from the US to Iceland that didn't involve FI (since I don't believe one can redeem miles from a US based program on FI, as they are not a partner with anyone) as there aren't that many other airlines flying to Iceland, and Oslo is the only city that has both a nonstop to Iceland not on FI, and a nonstop from the US.

Is there ANY US program (AA, UA, DL, etc) that allows people to book with miles on partners like FI?

If with AA, a OW award via London should work. Doesn't BA still have LHR (or LGW?) to KEF?

Can you view this online, or only via the phone?

BA does not fly to KEF from any London airport. In fact, FI is the only scheduled carrier I can find that flies to KEF.
According to Inside Flyer, the only programs that allow redemption for use on IcelandAir are SAS EuroBonus and Diners Club Club Rewards.

LH flies there but there is no award seats available until mid July...SAS flies there from Oslo as well...

AFAIK the only US-based program that would allow that would be one that isn't alliance-based but rather lets you save up 'reward points' of some flavor and apply them to the cost of air travel. I believe Capital One had an offer like this awhile back, don't know if it's still around.

Maybe Finnair (operated by FI) via Helsinki on OW?
