American Express Membership Rewards - Rome Italy Presidental Club AMEX

I am currently in Rome, Italy and will be traveling back to the states tomorrow. I believe in Rome (FCO) there are Alitalia and Air France lounges we can use with my AMEX. My wife has a AMEX Gold and I have the Platinum. I wanted to know if we both can each bring one guest into the lounge?? :confused:

Actually, I should have been a little more clear: My wife and I both have Business Class seats from FCO - EWR. Are we allowed to bring one guest each to the affiliate lounges in FCO?
