Las Vegas - Ritz Carlton vs. Bellagio

My first post on FT (hope I don't become an addict).
Which would you do for a R&R-focused solo trip over 4th of July weekend? R-C at Lake Las Vegas (3rd night free, breakfast, resort fee, wifi, upgrade if available) or Bellagio (Amex FHR program).
Prices for lowest rooms at both are the same (if you throw in the cost of a rental car for Lake Las Vegas).
Been to LV many times and have stayed at both but am very wishy washy for some reason.
Edit: Should add that likelihood of an upgrade is a key factor

For a relaxing weekend...I'd book a Wynn Tower Suite through FHR and score an upgrade over there. You're away from the casino area (assuming you don't want to gamble) and have access to some great dining without ever leaving the property. Encore's Tower would offer a bigger upgrade from regular room to parlor suite but it does exist right out onto the casino floor (might/might not be a detraction).
For me...Bellagio is a bit too crowded to ever consider it an R&R experience unless you're landing in a villa.

encore tower is probably more expensive.
but FS also has 3rd nt free.

Yeah - FS rate is the same but without breakfast, spa credit and upgrade potential. Last check, Wynn was way out of whack that weekend (double the cost of the others).

Welcome to Flyertalk Yahtzee. When I go for non-gaming R&R trips to Vegas I stay at the Four Seasons. So if you're there solely for R&R then the choice would be RC since you'll be away from all the crowds and such that would be at Bellagio. If you still want the casino property experience then mctrees02 suggestion is right on.
