Choice Privileges - "redepositing" of points on cancelled on line reward reservations.

I am making some reservations in Sweden over the summer.

a few are "speculative" as I know this is peak season.

when cancelling on line, how long does it take for the points to "reappear" in my account so that they are available for new reservations??

Cancelled reward reservations usually repost imediately, always by next business day. Of course if you REALLY need them the system will fail. :)

You might also want to check your expiration buckets. It use to be cancelled stays went back into current bucket, but that appears to have been fixed in the last few months.
