Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Does Alamo Ever Ask For Printed Coupons?

I have just started to book with Alamo and would like to know if they ever ask for actual printouts of coupons? Has anyone here ever been asked and rejected if they didn't have the print outs?

Will a kiosk check-in avoid coupon problems?

Thank you.

EDIT: I recall seeing "applied at check-in" and "coupon accepted" on some recent reservations I made. Is it safe to assume (I know) that the"applied at check-in" coupon will require a printed form and the "coupon accepted" notation means a printed coupon is not required?

Many coupon codes are "electronic" so for those you are not required to show (or printout ) the coupons. Some coupon codes are actual "paper" coupons. The system tells the rental agent what type it is and will flag on their screen that a paper coupon is required. Check the coupn you are using and see the T & C on it to be sure.
