Of course, I like to receive as many miles as possible, however I recently received a bonus of 500 miles, and I have no idea why I received them.

This is all activity I had for three flights on the 31st of May (TRN-FCO-LIN-AMS; ticket number partly removed by me):

31-May-2009 TIER BONUS FA T 055... +125
31-May-2009 AP 6349 TRN FCO K 055... +250
31-May-2009 BNS FACI E 055... +500
31-May-2009 TIER BONUS FA T 055... +125
31-May-2009 AZ 2034 FCO LIN O 055... +250
31-May-2009 TIER BONUS FA T 055... +250
31-May-2009 AZ 0112 LIN AMS O 055... +500

Does anybody know what the "BNS FACI" of 500 miles is?

this bonus is related to the new service Milano-Roma. You receive an additional bonus when you fly on specific class.

I guess it means "bonus facile" and it refers to the FCO-LIN sector. Instead of 250 miles for discounted economy you get 750, of which 500 as a bonus. See alitalia.it for details.
