I am #1 Club Gold President Circle. Whenever I rent in the US my wife, colleague can drive the Hertz car without signing the adittionale driver form.
In Europe however, even my wife has to stop at the office sign the form and I have to pay a rather high daily fee, usually capping off at 70 Eur or so (100USD) for the entire rental. This is really annoying, because sometime I just want to add my wife as to have her drive home after going out to dinner or something like that. Anyone know if there is a way around this. Is it possible to get a corporate CDP number that overides this "adittional driver rule" in europe and allows me to have my employees and my wife drive the car without getting stuck with this fee. I use CDP numbers for AF Gold Elite and SK *Gold for all rentals todays since I want LDW and ALI included rates.
