Budget Travel - How late is easyJet check-in open at Gatwick?

I am taking an early Sunday morning easyJet flight to Mykonos in a few weeks. The website says I can check-in and drop my bags off at Gatwick the night before after 20:00 but doesn't say how late they are open. Does anyone know? I am spending the night at the airport Sofitel but probably won't get there until around 22:00
