Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - Book car transfer in advance?

Amazingly enough, despite all the buzz and talk about the TK 77W's, I haven't been able to find the answer to my question. Does anyone know whether the car transfer services from F passengers to/from IST should/can be booked in advance?

Yes just email your local TK ticket office with Booking Ref and flight details and they should be able to sort this out for you.
