Hello all.
I'm trying to book SIN-IST-TXL on TK and I intend to put my miles in OZ.
As I tried to book with a TA, I have noticed that SIN-IST is operated by 77W leased from 9W. So, what's the ruling on this? TA told me that this is operated by 9W but then *A milieage accural rule says operating carrier and marketing carrier both have to be *A airlines.
