Other Hotel Programs - Loews Le Concorde in Quebec City : 30$/nt promo

Yesterday, while driving back home I heard on the radio that the Loews Le Concorde, celebrating it's 35th anniversary, was offering a very special rate of 35$/nt promotion, starting on Nov 1st 2009. I've tried to validate that information, but couldn't find anything.

So consider this for what it is, and I'll keep looking to get confirmation. If any FT'ers got confirmation, please post it here!
