I like the Royal York for its location, but I must say the standard rooms are mighty small. Built when people were not as used to spaciousness in hotels, I suppose. Their standard rooms are 250 sq ft, which I find way too small for my taste. However, I would highly recommend people booking their "deluxe" (or "signature") rooms, since they are doubled the size and thus much much larger than a regular hotel room. A little more expensive, yes, but if space is an issue, I'd suggest looking into it.
