Hertz - PC shows zero

Looking again at the contract, I saw that the PC I used (115275) shows zero instead of $30 off. I already picked the car a few days ago. Is there a way to correct it? I called Hertz but the rep was clueless. He transfered me to the extension dept, who told me they can't do anything.

Have you returned the car yet? PC's are not applied to the rental until you return. If you have already returned then try calling the location directly. The manager will have to request a refund to your card. Once processed it should post to your account within 5 business days.
