This is what I posted on tripadvisor:

"I find it strange to praise this hotel, which I last stayed in 5 years ago. It is probably about 25 years old and the rooms are literally unchanged since the day they were built! No flat screen TV's or rain showers here (or even BBC World on the TV). However, it does the job - it has more shuttle buses per hour (3) in the evening than any of the other airport properties (beware - some only run 1 bus per hour!), they are punctual and modern, the hotel treats Priority Club guests to a free drink or restaurant discount, the restaurant is cheap and it is a very quick ride back to the terminals. The staff try hard and are the best bit about this property.

Because the hotel is curved and in 2 wings (one old, one very old!) the rooms vary in size. A Deluxe West Wing with 2 Beds seems to be the largest. Tip - this is not a bad hotel to redeem your Priority Club points, as they make all room categories, including Deluxe West Wing, available for points, not just the basic rooms. I used 15,000 points for my night which was not a bad deal given the price of a Deluxe West Wing room."

Agree great hotel for Airport conections, altho the buses are sometimes a little bit limited. Always been upgraded to nice rooms (japanesse way of "big rooms").

Will return for sure
