Haven't used Finnair for years so was a bit surprised that I got a questionnaire from AY giving me 500 miles on completion :)
Questions were mainly on the Asia flights, how often I flew AY, number of flights I take each year etc. One would think that AY would know how many flights (or lack there off) I have taken with AY, but apparently not :D
