Hertz - Can I add personal preferences to my Hertz account?

I have two personal preferences in the rental vehicles that I use. Unfortunately, I find more often than not, my personal choices have not been met. Can I contact Hertz and request items (like the following) be attached to my Hertz #1/PC account? Do you think that my requests will be honored or my requests are too unusual?
1. Want no cloth seats in the rental vehicle
2. Do not upgrade to a SUV or mini-van
My number 1 request is that I absolutely hate being “shocked” every time I get out the car and close the door because of the static electricity.
My number 2 request is that it is much easier to self park a regular 4 door vehicle rather than a SUV or mini-van in some of the hotels I stay.
Any feedback or suggestions is appreciated.

You can call Hertz and have them add comments in your profile. The no suv and mini-van should be easy to add and honor.
You can certainly try leather seats only, but that might be difficult for them to honor, as I don't think the interior type shows up in the computer. Also keep in mind that you need to reserve a high enough class where cars might actually have leather seats. If you are reserving class A, B, C your chances of getting leather without an upgrade are near nil and even with an upgrade is difficult at best. About the only time I get leather is when I get upgraded to a Mustang and even those might still have cloth seats. (Though all the new 2010 mustangs I have seen have leather).

They will likely disregard them. I have comments in my profile that are more often ignored than not.

I had my local HLE add preferences to my account. No KIA's & no SUV's are in mine. I used to have no FORD products in my profile when they had the old Taurus. I found that most of the time, they didn't read the preferences. I got assigned Taurus quite a few times. (If I got a Lincoln, I didn't mind. ^ ). If I reserved subcompact and got Taurus as an upgrade, I may let that slide, especially if it has Sirius. If I booked mid or full size, I would ask for something else.
Another car I did not like all that well was the Grand Prix. Not so good gas mileage and not all that roomy. Glad they got rid of that car. The G8 that replaced it sounds like a nice car.
My profile says 'NO SUV' and I almost always have one waiting in my slot, so I don't believe they even pay attention to these comments.
(After my last experience with Hertz, I'm done with them and going to Enterprise, at least they let me choose the car I want to drive)
