I am looking for an upgrade certificate, but first are they trasnferable? I should be premier soon, but don't have the status yet. Have a couple of stays coming up this summer.

As per FPC T&C: https://www.fairmont.com/EN_FA/FPCPublic/FPCTermsAndConditions Suite upgrade certificates are subject to availability at time of reservation at participating hotels. Members are upgraded from the room category purchased to the hotel’s designated suite category. Applicable from Fairmont room category and above. One certificate redeemable per stay. Cannot exceed a stay of five nights. Not applicable for Fairmont Gold rooms or suites. Cannot be used as credit toward Fairmont Gold rooms or suites. Not applicable for specialty suites or multi-unit suites.
