As if things could not be even worse for MGM Mirage, the NJGC has found fault in Pansy Ho, daughter of Macau billionare Stanley Ho because of Stanley's ties to the Chinese mafia. If the NJGC proceeds with its case, MGM Mirage may be forced to back out of the Borgata or sell its stake in MGM Grand Macau. NJGC has said their gaming commission is different from the Nevada gaming commission, which found Pansy Ho to be a suitable partner in Las Vegas.

Another blow to the resurgence (or lack thereof) of Atlantic City?
