WestJet "Passenger Perks" - How far in advance are fligths loaded?

I'm looking at going to PVR (from YVR) in October and was hoping to use WS, however it appears that they only fly out of YYC at that time of year.

What are the chances that they will have a flight direct from YVR as well?

WestJet will probably be starting non-stop service to Puerto Vallarta from Vancouver, but not until December.

It won't appear on the schedules yet because WestJet hasn't released this year's winter schedule yet.

The winter schedule will be finalized this week. Not sure if it'll be announced by weeks end but it'll be soon.
