Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Sixt Voucher- Having Difficulty Using!!

As part of a sweepstakes prize, i was given a 7 day sixt car rental. I tried calling the number given to make my reservation but was unsuccessful because none of the #'s i gave to the agent were correct? or she couldn't find any of them. the worse thing is i don't speak or understand a word of german, and while the agent had pretty good english, there was a slight language barrier.

anyone have experience using one of these that could help?

The only #'s i see are the order number, agency #, and KST. The agent kept asking for the voucher # which i can't seem to find or im just really blind!

any suggestions?

Maybe you could scan the voucher and send it to the SIXT customer service via mail to let them search for what they need?
