Las Vegas - Flight Route 'map' in/out of Vegas

Not sure where best to post this.
Am being asked to consider a relo to Vegas by work.
Is there a site anyone knows that shows or lists the flights in and out of the Vegas airports, ideally like a route map, so I could easily evaluate what it would be like traveling in and out of there to my normal destination points?
Thanks!

Yeah, not what I'm looking for.
Hoping for something graphical to show routes in and out of the airport, kind of like if you go to United or Virgin or whomever and see their route map.
Wanting to find that for a specific airport?

in my limited experience ive never seen a destination route map other than on the airport site. and i dont see one on the LAS site.
if you dont have THAT many "normal destination points" browsing the arrivals/departures listing shouldnt be too bad.
or look at the airlines that serve LAS, and then look at their (or alliance if applicable) routemaps to see hubs and then where those hubs connect to.

Vegas is a very popular place to visit, and has extensive service from all the majors (Southwest, AA, Delta/NW, United, US Air). Lot of charters too. Might be easier if you let us know your destinations?

Wirelessly posted (FlyerTalk.com/wap is fun : BlackBerry9530/4.7.0.141 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)
Southwest flies to most us cities nonstop from las. Allegiant flies to many tier 3 destinations ex LAS. Us has hub operations here. Check out the official airline guide or flightstats.net.

I appreciate the help, and am guessing what I'm looking for doesn't exist.
I had hoped with the internet, someone might have made like a filterable map of majors & cities, where you could see the routes, filter down to airline/airport.
Thinking that hasn't even been generated.
My normal destinations are SFO, CLD/SAN, DEN, BOS, IAH, ORD, in roughly that order, of decreasing frequency (SFO almost every week, IAH & ORD maybe once a quarter).
Maybe easiest thing is just for me to plug these routes into sidestep/kayak, and cut & paste them into a doc.

Not a map but a listing. Mrp Alert has your answer, flightstats.com, show list by airport and filter by destinations & airline.
