The Caribbean - Gyms on Cayman?

What are the options for serious lifters/bodybuilder types?

Very limited I suspect. There are two main unisex gyms - a World Gym and a Gym at Kings Sport's Center. World Gym tends to be more for your office types (including me), however I know that previous colleagues tended to prefer Kings as it was a bit more serious, and had a good weights room.
