Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific - Typical Fares to PER from MEL?

Hi all,
I've mainly just flown around the eastern bit of Aus and am familiar with those fares, but need to go out to PER in late July.

Weekend fares are about $210 one-way (on DJ). This seems OK to me--not a sale, but not that expensive. Does that seem right with all of you?

I think that's within a reasonable range. Can currently do QF for about the same MEL-PER on 24th July, coming back on the Sunday is a bit more.

Fares on this route tend to be ~$189-$229 IME, with exceptions like sales on TT, and obviously gets more expensive (ie. much more than $229) as the date comes closer.

Thats a pretty descent fare, anyhting around the $200 mark is quite good value.
