West - Where to go out in Scottsdale?

Next weekend (after Memorial Day), my gf and I are going to head out to Scottsdale to golf a bit and we'll be staying at my friend's apartment in Old Town Scottsdale.

Can anyone recommend some bars (perhaps clubs) in Old Town? We're bigger fans of a relaxed bar atmosphere than a crazy dance party but we'll take either.

If you like wine, Kazmirez is the place to go. Largest wine list I've ever seen. Atmosphere is chill with couches, and low lighting and food is pretty good too.
